Today was another group ride. I feel nice and stuffed now – which I am taking as a good thing.

A ride down towards Torquay again – I am starting to enjoy the loop that is there, even though moving through the group the view is the road and the wheel in front.

Every one except John, Mr. Trevorow and myself went for a ride through the Bells Beach hills, and we came back the ways we had being the last two rides we were out. It was difficult coming back with one John and myself – he had no problems, but I need to work on keep up my speed at a constant rate.
