Training Blog?
Well I am riding a cycle. It has been many years, but I am riding again. And you are probably going to get a lot of posts about my training and such. I know that it maybe tedious reading posts about me riding, but you can choose not to read those.
I am just keeping a training diary to track my progress, it is a good idea just to chart stuff. And I figured instead of using a paper book, I could just use my digital diary – that means that that you can read about it or not. The choice is up to you.
